Aerated drinks contain CO2 which leads to the formation of carbonic acid in the mouth due to a chemical reaction. This leads to teeth erosion. Tobacco substances such as cigarettes, stains the teeth which cause the teeth to get a yellowish color.

Eating Food which is Good for Teeth.

Teeth are made up of calcium. Therefore, consuming food which is a rich source of calcium and other vitamins is necessary. Dairy products contain a high level of calcium. Cheese, yogurt, carrot, leafy vegetables, apples, almonds, and celery are foodstuffs which you can include in your diet. They have the required nutrition which is necessary for taking care of your teeth.

Visiting the Dentist

It is essential that you visit your dentist for at least once in six months. Some may need to visit more often depending upon what your dentist recommends.
